Sarych, Virginia I. "Ginger" age 77, of NE Mpls., on April 18, 2014. Devoted parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo for many years, past President of St. Charles Women’s Club, 16 year member of Serra Club, original member of Perpetual Adoration at St. Charles, graduate of Edison High School class of 1953, lifetime NE Mpls resident, avid biker for over 75 years, loved to golf and spend time outdoors especially at the family cabin in Balsam Lake, WI. Devoted wife, mother and grandmother, loved watching sports, huge fan of MN Vikings & Twins, and loved watching her children play sports. Preceded in death by loving husband of 54 years, Richard; sister, Kathleen Bennek & her husband Joe; and brother-in-law, Joe Grill. Survived by daughter, Kathie (John) Bienias; sons, Mike (Jane) and Jim (Mary) Sarych; grandchildren, Nathan, T.R., Bridgy, Michael and Danielle; sisters, Pat Grill and Mary (Ed) Kutensky. Visitation Tuesday from 5-8 PM, with Rosary service at 7 PM at the Billman-Hunt Funeral Chapel, 2701 Central Ave NE. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 11:00 AM, with visitation one hour prior at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave NW, New Brighton. Interment St. John’s Cemetery.
