Gilbertson, David age 63, of Maple Grove MN, died Friday 4-4-2014. Born 8-27-1950 in Baron County, WI. Son of Gordon and Anita Gilbertson. Graduated Thorpe High School and obtained A.A. Degree from Stout Univ. WI. Survived by His loving wife Cheryl who he always called "my Bride", has 3 stepchildren, Craig, Christopher, and Cherden Hartneck, and 14 loving grandchildren who called him "Papa Dave," Dylan, Sadi, Sage, Brynna, Kristen, Lakrisha, Jason, Cassidy, James, Troy, Colette, Joshua, Camille, and Sydney. Also survived by brother Brad (Sharon), Aunt Bette Peterson, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Dave was preceded in death by his father Gordon, mother Anita, stepfather Glen, brother John, and sister Sue. Dave was employed by Saxon's New Brighton Ford, as their Commercial and Fleet Service Mgr. Memorial service 11:00 AM Saturday, April 26th, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 7401 County Road 101, Maple Grove, MN. Friends may visit the family beginning at 10:00 AM.
