He is survived by his loving wife, Roberta Mellen; sister, Bridget Cosgriff; brothers, Brian (Lori Komoto) and Barry Cosgriff; mother-in-law, Alice Mellen; brother-in-law, Mike (Barb) Mellen; sisters-in-law, Monica (Jim) Burgess and Martha Mellen; nieces, Brooke Cosgriff and Stacy Mellen-Klukas (Bill); nephews Kevin Mellen, Nick and Andrew Burgess; great-nieces, Madeleine, Emilie and Josephine; many relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Collette and Donald Cosgriff; father-in-law, Greg Mellen and brother-in-law, Neal Mellen. Brad was a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Hamline University Law School. He specialized in civil litigation and arbitration for 30 years. He was recognized as a Mpls/St. Paul Super Lawyer. Brad loved his family, friends and the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
