Pedersen, Dorothy H. Age 92, of Edina, MN, formerly of Burnsville and Webster, MN. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend of all, passed away May 24, 2016. Preceded in death by husband Robert S. Pedersen, parents Lucy & Alex Anderson, sister Lillian Thies and brother Francis Anderson. Survived by children Mari (Richard) Carlson, Pete (Sheila), Gary (Ruth), Ron (Luz), Debra (Tim) Burns, Jeff (Linda); 13 grandchildren, Annelisa Carlson (Andy Barnes), Jennifer Carlson, Mendy Pedersen, Karla (Toby) Rosaaen, Megan (Dan) Eveland, Sara (Adam) Sagedahl, Stephanie (friend Brandon) & Jonathon Pedersen, TJ (Katrina) Burns, Katie Burns, Mary Jo (Jay) Futhey, Jeffrey Pedersen & Matthew (friend Rosa) Pedersen, 11 great-grandchildren, Sydney Jo & Meckinzy Futhey, Mason Barnes, Kelby Saros, William & Ryan Eveland, Sophie & Evan Sagedahl, Marin, Louisa, & Heidi Burns. Dorothy served as an accomplished Lutheran church organist for nearly 40 years and was a tenacious sales associate with a passion for customer service for Sears and Daytons. Dorothy is remembered for her quick wit, musical talents, family event celebrations, hard work, and strong Christian faith. Most of all, Dorothy is remembered as a very talented, outgoing and social person who was unabashed at sharing her beliefs. Her sense of character, sharp thinking, and strong motherly instinct are an inspiration to her family and to all who knew and loved her and now miss her.
