Young, Beth (McGregor) died unexpectedly on Friday, May 20th of a pulmonary embolism. She is survived by her husband, Thomas; her two daughters Kirsten and Kelsey; her parents Joanne and Robert McGregor; her mother-in-law Evelyn Young; her sisters Kim McGregor and Ann McGregor Tennyson; and her brother Peter McGregor. Beth cherished her large extended family and friends. Beth enjoyed life with self-effacing humor and joy. She taught thousands of students English at Spring Lake Park High School for over 30 years. Visitation Thursday, May 26, in the Fellowship Hall at St Philip's Lutheran Church, 6180 Highway 65 NE, Fridley, MN 55432, from 5 PM-8 PM. Guests are invited to share stories at 6:30. Service Friday, May 27, at 1 PM at St Philip's Lutheran Church. Visitation one hour prior to service. Luncheon in Fellowship Hall following service.
