Stetler, Richard "Dick" Age 80 of Crystal, passed away on May 3, 2016. Born on July 6, 1935 in Minneapolis. Graduate of North High Class of '53. Loving Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle & Friend. Passed away peacefully on the morning of May 3rd after a 19-month battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Veronica. Survived by daughter, Patty (Dave) Jirik; son, Jim (Cris) Stetler; grandchildren, Kira, Jack, Michael and Alex; sister, Ginger Swanson; many nieces & nephews. Life-long bowler (45 years of bowling the ABC), softball player (last game played at age 79), and dedicated Minnesota Twins fan. He was also a #1 fan of his grandchildren's activities, avid Thrift store scavenger, lover of old time music and collector of all movies known to man. Visitation Monday 5-8 PM with 6:30 PM prayer service at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway and Tuesday at church 1 hr. before Mass. Mass 10 AM Tuesday at Church of the Ascension, 1723 Bryant Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55411. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery with a pizza buffet at New Hope Bowl following.
