Kessler, Walter E. (Wally) Age 85, died on May 2nd 2016. Wally was born on May 27th, 1930 in Wilmer, PA to John Sr. & Florence (Riely). He was a U.S. Army Sergeant and a Korean War Veteran. While serving in the Army, Wally met and married Berenice Quittem on November 1st, 1951. Wally retired from Cenex Corporation. Wally was a member of the "Kountry Kousins" Country & Western/Polka music band with Tony Buss. He also was a member of the Wee Willie Band. Wally is survived by sons Craig and Brian (Mary), daughter Susan (Don) Schlomka, sisters Norma Ritschard and Edith Lightcap, six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Wally was preceded in death by his wife Berenice, brother John Jr., sister Francis Frame, and grandson Steven. Visitation 4-7 PM Friday, May 6 at Kok Funeral Home (1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park).
