Catherine V. Pickenpack

Pickenpack, Catherine V Age 90 of Plymouth. Passed away April 28, 2016 in the arms of her daughters. Preceded in death by her Bob, her loving husband of 65 years; son, Mark Pickenpack; brother, Charlie; and sister, Gertha. Catherine was born in McArthur, Arkansas on May 26, 1925 and raised on a rural farm picking cotton in the fields, collecting pecans from trees, drinking sweet tea and an ice cold coke, these were all common memories of hers- a true southern lady. After graduation from high school, she worked in a five and dime in Little Rock, where she eventually met Bob and within three months they were married. They honeymooned in the Ozarks at the Petit Jean Mount Lodge. Later they moved to Buffalo, NY where they started their family and eventually moved and settled into Wayzata. Her focus and passions were always her Bob, her family, her church, her cabin in Bemidji, traveling and seeing the world with Bob, and her garden. She will always be known as a kind and charitable woman with busy hands and a helpful heart. For Catherine there was no place like home.
