William Scott Brickley

Brickley, William Scott age 59, of Naples, Florida died unexpectedly on Monday, April 25, 2016. He was beloved and respected by all who knew him. Born in Joplin, MO in 1957 he moved to the Lake Minnetonka, MN area in 1960, he graduated from Mound High School in 1975. Scott enjoyed the Theatre, boating, scuba diving, snowmobiling and weight lifting. Scott worked for Sweetheart Cup Corporation for 20 years and rose to the position of National Sales Manager. He moved to Dallas, TX in 1994 and finally to Naples in 1996 where he owned and operated Pinch-a-Penny on Davis Blvd. Scott dearly loved his handicapped sister Lori and faithfully helped take care of her until her death at age 15. Scott and his wife Joni traveled the world on the road and at sea. They enjoyed many flotillas with the Naples Cruise Club and also belonged to the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club. Scott is survived by the love of his life, his wife Joni, brothers David (Karen) Brickley of Mound, MN and Steven (Shari) Brickley of Bradenton, FL, brother in-law Michael (Brenda) Fuchs of Edina, MN , many nieces, nephews and his dog Lucy all who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Jule Brickley and his sister, Lori. Scott truly loved life and he lived his life to its fullest.
