Jullie, Carl Joseph age 74, of Brooklyn Park, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 26, 2016. Carl was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He worked as the city manager of Eden Prairie until his retirement in 1998. Carl loved to play golf and exercise regularly. He was preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Florence, & grandson Curtis. Survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Colleen; sons Kevin (Chris), Keith (Carol), Kyle and Craig (Chantel); grandchildren Lauren, Allison, Ryan, Leah, Claudia and Cole; brother Michael (Gail) and their 3 children, all residing in Miami, FL. Memorials preferred. Private interment. Funeral Mass 11 AM Monday, May 2, 2016 at Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Ave N., Brooklyn Pk with visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at church.
