Ward, John William 66, passed away March 25th. John was the son of Robert and Eileen Ward, formerly of Sioux Falls, S.D. He will be deeply missed by his mother, brother Steve (Martha), brother Dick (Sue) and sister-in-law Maureen Duffin-Ward, as well as nephews Nick Ward (Andrle), Bobby Ward, Michael Ward, Griffin Ward and niece Joanna Diallo (Oumar). John was preceded to heaven by his father, Bob Ward and brother, Michael Ward. Johnny lived in Sioux Falls his whole life until recently moving to Minneapolis to be near family. Johnny worked for over 30 years at Vern Eide Honda and he always had an update on the latest news about cars and new construction projects throughout Sioux Falls. As a young adult, John was an Eagle Scout, an assistant troop leader in Boy Scouts and was involved in activities at the Sioux Vocational Services. He was a great companion and friend for Eileen and thrived under her loving care. Services to be held at a later time.
