Survived by children: Sue (Kirk) Johnson, Greg Pylatiuk, Jim (Deana) Pylatiuk, and Amy (Jon) Wander; grandchildren Stephanie (Marques) McDowell, Natalie (Emily Gu) Johnson, Jaime (Ed) Determan, Jordan Pylatiuk, Alex Pylatiuk, Zach Wander, and Lauren Wander; great-grandchildren: Autzen & Lincoln McDowell, and William, Eliza, & Emilee Determan; many siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Nativity Lutheran Church in St. Anthony, MN. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
