Dowdell, Phyllis M. (Guth) age 93, of St. Paul, formerly of Mound, MN and Daytona Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2016. Preceded in death by husbands, Douglas Hartley and Robert Dowdell and brother, Richard Guth. Survived by son, Michael (Helen) Hartley; daughters, Janet (Craig) Pearson and Debra (Jon) Pieper; grandchildren, Christopher (Jasmine), Michelle (Stephen), Eric (Rachael), Erin (Jake), Jon (Christine), Stephen; 9 great-grand-children; siblings, Marilyn (Wayne) Hartley, Jack Guth, David (Caroline) Guth and many other relatives and friends. Memorial service 11:00 AM, visitation 10:30 AM, Tuesday, February 9 at Mount Zion Lutheran Church, 5645 Chicago Avenue S., Minneapolis. Interment to follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
