Robert 'Bob' Erickson

Erickson, Robert "Bob" of Eden Prairie, literally walked into his Savior's arms on Monday, Feb 1st at the age of 95. The word that was so often used by friends and family alike to describe Bob was "amazing". Throughout his life, he quietly succeeded at everything he had a passion forplaying 500, fixing anything, woodworking, growing roses, 50 years at Dayton's, being a tireless supporter of Minnesota sports teams (especially the Twins), making people laugh with his humble sense of humor, and most importantly loving his wife, children and grandchildren unconditionally. Bob was preceded in death by his wife Diane. He is survived by his four children, Lisa (Gordy), Thom (Toni), Julie (Jim), Beth (Jon) and seven grandchildren, Ian, Colin, Cole, Ross, Elsa, Laura, CJ, and many other loved friends and relatives. A celebration of Bob's life will be Friday, February 12th from 5-8 pm with a time set aside for sharing memories at 7:30 pm at the Washburn-McReavy Eden Prairie Chapel.
