Soderholm, Marcella L. (Marcy) age 85, passed away on January 31 after a long illness. She grew up in South Minneapolis and went to South High. After marrying her high school sweetheart, she devoted her life to raising five children in Rosemount, MN. Her life was full of the simple pleasures she so enjoyed; family, friends, flower gardening, sewing, knitting and many craft projects. She also loved the family cabin in Wisconsin especially when her grandchildren filled it with life and laughter. Marcy left us to join Don, her loving husband of 55 years, her sisters Gail and Sharon, brother Rich, parents Frank and Vera Cummings and beloved Nanna Sadie. She is survived by her children; Steve (Lori) Soderholm, Laurel (Mike) Regan, Jeff (Maureen), Dan (Monica), and Tim (Carolee) Soderholm; grandchildren, Brian, Carrie, Adam, Brenna, Tarah, Nicole, Kevin, Ryan, Kristin, Megan, Cayleigh and Tyler; great grandchildren, Hailey and Parker. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 27th at 11:00 AM at White Funeral Chapel, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley (952 -432-2001) with a gathering of family and friends 2 hrs. prior to service.
