Thomas Bastian Moser

Moser, Thomas Bastian Tom was a really good man with a great sense of humor, born 4-15-30 in Indianapolis, Indiana and passed away in his home on 11-22-15. Above all else, he loved and was so proud of his family, wife Joan; daughters Jane (Dan) Lundgren, Anne (Michael) Ryan and son, Jim (Brenda); granddaughters Brita, Mia and Maren Lundgren; Lucy, Bridget and Janie Ryan; and Olivia Harper-Moser. And he loved Skye, his beloved golden doodle. Music was a huge part of Tom's life. He taught many friends how to sing in a barbershop quartet; played trumpet, piano and guitar all through grade and high school and continued to play the piano and guitar the rest of his life. At Wabash College he was part of his Beta Theta Pi fraternity quartet. That quartet has reunited every year for the past several years in Michigan. Tom ran track and played football in college, played golf and tennis and loved living on the lake - hosting many parties there. Tom and Joan travelled extensively visiting countries throughout the world, he also enjoyed trips to Canada with his fishing buddies. And he was a top notch salesman in the paperboard packaging industry. Pillsbury, his largest account, thought so highly of him they honored him by hosting his retirement party. He will be so missed by his family and extended family, by his friends and by all who knew him. The family plans to have a Celebration of Life party for Tom in the summertime - his favorite time of year.
