Zats, Harold "Babe" age 90, of St. Paul, passed away November 24, 2015. Preceded in death by brothers, Norman & Matthew. Survived by wife of 61 years, Betty; children, Terry (Sheila), Julie Zats, Barbara Zats (Wallace Collins); grandchildren, Chloe, Lucia, Shawna. Harold was a member of the Jewish War Vets.
