Thomas John Warner

Warner, Thomas John 12/19/76 - 11/19/15 Tom Warner of Hopkins wasn't your typical 38-year-old. He was a lover, a cancer fighter, a comic book connoisseur, a computer geek, a music snob, a history buff, a video game virtuoso. But he didn't relegate these mad skills to his parent's basement. No. He got out and lived the life of a superhero. Drinking with friends at his favorite bar and solving the world's problems. Irish whiskey, please. Shaking his fist at bad drivers. Seriously, nobody knows how to drive anymore! Bringing peace and laughter to friends and strangers with ease. But mostly, loving his family and wife Lindsay with all his heart. While it's sad Tom left us too soon on November 19, 2015, we smile knowing he left a lasting, loving impression on all who had the honor of knowing him. Tom is preceded in death by his dad, Mike, and grandparents. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Lindsay (Shea) Warner; mother, Sue Warner; brother, Mike II (Sara) Warner; sister, Jennifer (Jody) Nieborg; sister-in-law Melissa (Omar) Shea; sister-in-law Rachelle (Pat) Eason; mother-in-law, Lynn Shea; father-in-law, Mark (Kathy) Shea; and loving aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, other family members and many friends near and far. We invite all who knew him to join us at a very special social gathering at the Hopkins Center for Arts on Monday, November 30, starting at 4pm, with Celebration of Life ceremony following at 6pm. Donations may be made to the "Tom Warner Fund" by check or through any Wells Fargo bank. All funds raised will support Tom's favorite charities.
