Brunn, Joseph age 23, of Monticello, passed away on Thursday, October 8th in Otsego, MN. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, October 12th at St. Michael Catholic Church (11300 Frankfort Pkwy NE, St Michael, MN 55376). Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, October 13th at St. Michael Catholic Church with Father Mark Moriarty of Saint Agnes Catholic Church officiating. Joe Brunn was born in Minneapolis, MN to Randy and Patty Brunn on January 21, 1992. He graduated from Rogers High School and was captain of the Football, Hockey, and Baseball teams. He graduated from Anoka Technical College with a Manufacturing Technology Degree. He worked as the Director of Operations for Brunn Industries Incorporated. Joe enjoyed being up at the family cabin, hunting, fishing, and being with his friends and family. Joe was preceded in death by Grandparents George and Alice Ranua, and Uncle Kevin Brunn. Joe is survived by his parents Randy and Patty Brunn of Rogers; his sister Katelyn and brother-in-law Alex, nephews Beau and Everett, and niece Myra Dehn of Big Lake; his sister Heather Brunn of Rogers and fiancé Tyler Aldridge of Woodbury; his paternal grandparents Jerry and Carol Brunn of Becker; Aunts and Uncles Steve and Carla Brunn of St. Cloud, Greg and Kelly Brunn of Wooster, OH, Ralph and Linda Maegi of Elk River, Loren Junes of Maple Grove and Karen Junes of Rogers; along with many cousins and friends. Pallbearers will be Alex Dehn, Tyler Aldridge, friend Nick Messer, childhood friend Tanner Barblen, childhood friend Sam Hines, and college friend and co-worker Ryan Phernetton. In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family asks that you consider donations to The United Legacy- Search, Rescue, and Recovery- Team. Envelopes will be available at the church during the visitation.
