Golon, Hendrika Louisa "Rekee" age 94, of Minnetonka. Born September 29, 1921 and passed away Oct. 6, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Christian and Elizabeth Schol; husband Casimir, the love of her life; sister, Elizabeth Slice; and brother, Christian Schol. Survived by children, Steven (Veronica), Ronald (Louise), Sharon Grandy (Marv Eckman); 5 grandchildren, Rayna, Anthony, Elisha, Rebecca, Kyle; and 11 great-grandchildren. Singing was Rekee's gift and love in her youth as part of a woman's quartet and later cherished by her husband. She worked as a private secretary at 20th Century Fox, greeting and interacting with the movie stars. She retired as a commis for Hopkins Public Schools. Rekee's greatest pride was her children. She delighted in all their life accomplishments. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society. Interment St. Margaret Cemetery.
