Mulcahy, Gerald Raymond was born April 23, 1932 and died October 5, 2015. Preceded in death by daughter, Mary Frances and son, Peter James. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Carol and children Joseph, Gregory (Abigail), Paul (Patricia), Michael (Barbara) and Anne, daughter-in-law, Sandra and 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters Corrine Rowe, Kay Tschida, Patricia Toenjes and sister-in-law Sister Paula Young. Jerry was the first in his family to graduate from college. He was a clinical medical laboratory technologist for 41 years at United Hospital and its predecessor organizations in St. Paul. He loved baseball and took many baseball bus tours. His father George was a truck driver, and Jerry had a lifelong love of trucks of all sizes. He was an avid collector of cacti, orchids and model trucks. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 AM at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 2001 Dayton Ave. Visitation Thursday 4-8 pm at O'Halloran & Murphy, 575 S. Snelling Ave. and one hour prior at the church.
