Johnson, Vernon F. of New Brighton, MN, passed away peacefully on 1/21/2020 at the age of 91. He is eternally united with his loving wife of 64 years, Charlotte (McCuaig) Johnson. Their love of camping, golfing, Florida and their MN lake home kept them in balance. He is preceded in death by his parents and two infant grandchildren and is lovingly remembered by sons Mark (Debra) and Scott (Jean); daughter Kara Ruwart (Tom); grandchildren Kari, Erik (Yara), James, Brian (Ariela), Kaylene, and Thomas; and great grandchildren Kensington and Leo. Celebration of life will be held on Sat, April 11, 2020 at St. Philip's Lutheran Church in Fridley, MN. Visitation beginning at 10AM with service at 11AM. Luncheon to follow.
