Brouse, Ross M. Jr. 83, of White Bear Lake passed away on Saturday, Jan. 18th surrounded by family. Ross was born in Duluth on Oct. 13, 1936 to Ross and Katherine Brouse. A graduate of Duluth East High School and the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Ross worked as an Educator for 36 years in Roseville, N. St. Paul and Burnsville before retiring in 1999. Ross was a Vietnam veteran, a liaison officer for the Air Force Academy and retired a Lt. Colonel in the Air Force after 42 years of service. Ross is survived by wife (Michele), six children, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation is from 2-4pm with memorial service following on Sat., Feb. 1st at Redeemer Lutheran Church (3770 Bellaire Ave, White Bear Lake).
