Jacobson, William A. "Bill" Passed away peacefully on September 14, 2019 at Walker Methodist Health Center in Minneapolis. His beloved, Cheryl, was at his side. Bill was 83. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carsten and Ruby (Ash); and brothers, Robert and Thomas. He is survived by his longtime partner, Cheryl Paschke; son Robert Jacobson (Bart Cannon); daughter Christina Burk (Steve); and other family members. Bill worked as an architect. He was an early member of MN Rovers, through which his love of outdoor activity was fostered; and a longtime member of Kisarit Finnish American Folk Dancers, through which he met Cheryl. He especially liked vacationing at Camp Van Vac on Burntside Lake near Ely. Memorial service: Wed., Sept. 25, 2019, 2 PM at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, with Visitation 1-hour prior; Interment following at Lakewood Cemetery.
