Wolff, Constance "Connie" C. Age 81, of Plymouth MN., passed away Sept. 2, 2019. She was preceded in death by parents, Albert and Muriel Johnson; siblings, LaVonne, Joanne, and Lloyd; granddaughter, Hali. She is survived by husband, Vernon W. Wolff; siblings, Sharon, Jody and Keith; 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at King of Grace Lutheran Church, 6000 Duluth St., Golden Valley on Friday, Sept. 13th at 11:00 AM with visitation 1 hour prior.
