Foltz, Janet Frances Age 76 of Bonita Springs, FL and Chanhassen, MN passed away peacefully on August 7th, 2019 after a brief stay at the Folkestone Care Center in Wayzata. She was preceded in death by parents Wency and Evelyn Rock. Survived by her beloved family, Husband of 55 years Brian; daughters Sharon (John) Ringstrom, Kathleen (Rick) Preston, Lisa (Bruce) Schuette and son Michael (Paula); grandchildren Matt, Michael, Mason, Mariah, Anthony, Katherine and Lucas; great grandchildren Jaxon and Maizie; sister Susan, brothers Mark (Vicki) and John and so many loving and wonderful friends. Janet was a very kind, loving, caring and generous person who was very proud of her family and thankful for each and every one. She was blessed with a beautiful singing voice and was a member of the Pax Christi choir and other church choirs. The family is very appreciative of the excellent care that Janet received at Folkestone/Gables from their staff and from the Allina Hospice staff. Memorials preferred to Pax Christi Catholic Community. There will be a visitation from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 @ Washburn McReavy Eden Prairie Chapel. Also visitation will be on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Praire, MN, followed by a Celebration of Life Mass at 11:00 AM and lunch.
