Edstedt, Judy Anne Age 72, of Andover passed away peacefully at Edgemont Place Alzheimer's Special Care Center on February 13, 2019. Judy was born in St. Paul to Frank and Marian Fetsch. She worked for the St. Paul Schools for 30 years. Survived by children, Tory and Ellen; grandchildren, Lexus, Kayla, Joshua, Zachary; siblings, Jerry, Marilyn, and Carol. She will be deeply missed.
