Niskanen, Lynn L. Age 61, of Cologne, died at home on Tuesday, Feb 12, Surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her mother, father, step- mother and a nephew. Lynn is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 23 years, Sam; her daughter, Celina Peterson, and a large circle made up of an extended family and loyal friends. Lynn was a longtime employee of GE Fleet Services in Eden Prairie, and was an active member in the Presbyterian church. Evidence of her purposeful, abundant life remain: in her drawings and paintings, in the peace of the gardens she created, and in the hearts of those benefitted from her instinct for generosity and hospitality. Funeral service is Monday, 11 am with visitation starting at 9 am, all at Shepherd of the Hill Presbyterian Church, 145 Engler Blvd. Chaska.
