Thoraldson, Barbara A. (Kuhl) age 79 of Burnsville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on 2/5/19. Beautiful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Ruth; daughter, Jeanne; sister, Mary; grandsons, Anthony and Jeremy. Survived by loving husband of 60 years, John 'Jack'; children, Greg (Kim), Terry, Doug (Lori), Anne Travers, Susan Torres (Greg), Caroline Schmidt (Matt), Amy Hedman; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and brother, Don (Judy). Devoted Star Tribune employee for 26 years. Barbara was an avid reader and loved volunteering at the Galaxie Library. Her joy was her family which was evident with every weekly soup Sunday along with holiday and birthday celebrations. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Monday, 2/11/19 at Mary, Mother of the Church, 3333 Cliff Road E., Burnsville 55337. Visitation 2 hours prior to Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
