Runnels, Billy Lee Age 93, of Apple Valley formerly of Bloomington passed away on October 16, 2018. Billy Lee proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII. He is preceded in death by his parents Leo and Zella, and sister, Harriett (Jack) Elliot. Survived by his loving wife of 71 years Geraldine 'Jerry"; sons, Mark Runnels and Craig (Karen) Runnels; grandchildren, Matthew, Lillian, Angela (Tony) and Krista (Curtis); great grandchildren, Zane, Cruz and Jozie.
