Peickert, Lowell F. Age 74, of Eden Prairie, MN passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018. Lowell was born on December 21, 1943 in Graceville, MN to the late Ernest and Ruth Church Peickert. Lowell proudly served his country in the Navy from 1962-1965. He was employed as a Manager of Engineering in Telecommunications. His greatest love was his family. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and time spent at the lake. Survived by wife, Carol; daughters, Joy (Paul) Slechta and Kim (Dave) Chmielewski; step-daughter, Megan (Peter) Moen; step-son, Adam Kinney; grandchildren, Alyssa Pekarna, Kayla Slechta, Nicholas Chmielewski, Alaina Chmielewski, Zachary Moen, and Emily Moen; great granddaughters, Skylee Pekarna and Brinley Pekarna; mother-in-law, Fran Neitzel; brothers, Leroy Peickert, Bill Peickert and Gerald Peickert; sister-in-law, Donna Peickert; many other relatives, as well as friends. Preceded in death by wife, Jacqueline; father-in-law, Bill Neitzel; sister, Jeanette Husmann; brother, Sam Peickert. Funeral Service Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11AM at Word of Peace Lutheran Church, 21705 129th Ave N, Rogers, MN 55374 with visitation one hour prior to service. Memorials are preferred to Struthers Parkinson's Center, 6500 Excelsior Blvd, St Louis Park, MN 55426.
