Survived by beloved wife, Therese Ames; 2 sons, James RV Ames, Jeremy (Melisa) Ames; daughter, Bethany Gallick; daughter-in-law, Linnea Ames; 3 sisters, Linda (Chuck) Kallaus, Georgia (Gerald) Pringle, Laurie (Gary) Stevens; his beloved dog, Lighting, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; 1 friend he treated like a son, Scott (Leanne) Taft; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Laura Ames; 2 brothers, Will and Charles Ames. Celebration of Life October 6th, 2018 at the family home. Bon-fire and food provided 1:00pm to whenever.
