Davis, Elaine J. age 100 of Richfield, passed away April 24, 2018. Elaine was born in Clinton, MN on December 25, 1917. She was a Christmas baby. She received her RN degree from the U of M /Abbott Hospital and served in several twin city hospitals until 1952 when she began a 25-year career as an elementary school nurse in Richfield. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Art with whom she was active in AARP, Central Lutheran Church and Oak Grove Lutheran Church. Survived by son Bill (Meg), daughter, Dee (Bob) Joynt; grandchildren Drew (Chris) Davis, Ryan (Becky) Davis, Sean (Carolyn) Joynt, Kirstin (Steve) Voitus and 11 great grandchildren. Memorial service 11:00 AM Friday, May 25 at Oak Grove Lutheran Church, 7045 Lyndale Ave. S. Interment Fort Snelling. Visitation one hour before the service at the church.
