Monterotti, Arthur P. passed away on April 20, 2018 at the age of 88. Born in Chisholm Minnesota to Peter and Agatha. Survived by his loving wife Carole of 63 years; children Nancy Peacock (Dale), Tom (Julie), Diane Monterotti Whitman (David); grandchildren Scott, Christina, Jon, Nicholas, Amy, Sarah, Marcus; great grandchild Graham. Proud to have served with the 136th Infantry in the Korean War. Art worked for Northern States Power for 35 years ending his career as Superintendent of Operations for Black Dog Power Plant. As an avid history buff, he loved to share and discuss it with others. He was involved in many organizations throughout his life from the Tip Toppers to Stephens Ministry. While at N.S.P. He obtained certification to teach safety. He and Carole loved to dance, play golf, travel and spend time with their family and many friends. Loving and faithful husband, wonderful father and Boppa. He exemplified a life lived from the heart and he leaves us with many cherished memories.
