Robert Allan Haag

Haag, Robert Allan Passed away on November 16, 2017 at the age 96. Affectionately known as Bob, he grew up in Minnesota and served in the United States Army, receiving a Bronze Star in World War II. President of Pennsylvania Oil Company (Pennzoil Corporation) for most of career. Bob treasured baseball, fishing, hunting, tennis and golf but all leisure was not his style. He became a large supporter and board member of The Courage Center of Minneapolis which is a rehabilitation center for the physically and mentally disabled. Bob and Dorothy have spent their retirement years in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bob will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and gracious gentleman. Bob survived by his beloved wife, Dorothy Haag; son Scott Haag and his wife Linda; two grandsons: Andrew Haag and his wife Ashley, Tyler Haag and his sister-in- law Margie Haag. He touched the hearts of all that knew him and will be very missed. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 12pm Lakewood Memorial Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Avenue South, Minneapolis (612) 822-2171.
