White-Newman, Julie Belle A Celebration of Her Life Julie Belle White-Newman peacefully departed this life on December 4, 2017 at home in a place she loved. She lived a full and happy life and gave of herself to all. There will be a celebration of her life at a reception on Thursday, May 3rd starting at 5 PM at Coeur de Catherine at St. Catherine University in Saint Paul where she taught for many years.
