Gleekel, Barbara Eileen age 81 of St. Louis Park, passed away April 14, 2018. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother and great grandmother, who was loved and will be missed by all. Preceded in death by dear husband of 52 years, Al Gleekel and parents, Fannie & David Krupp. Survived by sons, David Gleekel (husband Steve Ritch Gleekel), Jim Gleekel; daughters, Bonnie Levy, Janny Silver (Alan); daughter-in-law, Sherri Gleekel and chosen daughter, Cindy Levy; grandchildren, Stephen (Rebecca) Silver, Jessica Wohl (Brent Tate), Amy Silver (Jason Spangenthal), Maddie Gleekel (fiancé Evan Compton), Sophie Gleekel and Sam Gleekel; great-grandchildren, Noah and Jonah Silver, Maya Spangenthal and Malcolm Tate; brother Stephen (Faye) Krupp; sister-in-law, Mimi Gleekel; aunts, Ethel Mayeron and Ruth Hartman; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service 10:30 a.m. TUESDAY April 17 at BETH EL SYNAGOGUE, 5225 Barry St. W., St. Louis Park.
