Christian, Imogene Boberg Born March 11, 1929, in St. Paul, Minnesota, died March 29, 2018. Predeceased by husband Henry B. Christian, Jr, and parents, Walfred and Florence Johnson Boberg. Also predeceased by sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley Munyan (Winthrop), the Rev. Marjorie Aurelius (Paul), and Lenore Allstrom (Willard). Survived by daughters, Caroline Dunn (Ben Harris), Cynthia Armijo, Elizabeth Christian (David Duncan), Kathryn Wittek-Woodward; eight grand-children, Timothy Dunn (Claudia Scharff), Robert Dunn, Jason Whittek, Elena Sibley (Jason), Victor Armijo (Kaylie), Ashley, Katy and Alex Woodward; six great grandchildren, Fiona and Kurt Dunn, Kameron, Kholby, Kaycie and Kyle Henry Armijo; sister-in-law, Peggy Christian Hilton; many beloved nieces and nephews and their families along with her loyal and loving cousins. Pudge graduated from University High School and attended the University of Minnesota where she was an Alpha Phi. Pudge was a longtime volunteer throughout her life including The Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Rose and Lee Warner Nature Center, Family Services, and The Minnesota Symphony Orchestra. She was a member of the Junior League of St. Paul, New Century Club and the Thursday Club. Many thanks to the good and caring people at Riverwood, Saint Andrew's, Lyngblomsten and Health Partners Hospice who made her last months so much easier. Visitation at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw, 671 Snelling Ave. S, Saint Paul from 4-6 pm Friday April 20, and service April 21 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 Snelling Ave. S at 12:30 pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Luther Seminary, Salvation Army, MIA, Swedish Institute, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
