Benjamin, Arlys D. Age 92, of Minneapolis & Woodbury, passed away March 20, 2018. Born in Corvuso MN to Edna and Luke Burg-stahler, she grew up in Glencoe MN. Arlys earned her bachelor's degree as a Cadet Nurse at the U of MN during WWII, and earned her MS in Nursing Education in 1989. Arlys was a nurse as well as a nursing instructor for over 30 years. Survived by her children, Joan Sandford (Peter), Grant Benjamin (Susan Pribyl), Lynn Benjamin (Anthony Signorelli), John Benjamin (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Robert, Zoë, Maria, Victoria, Allison, Elizabeth, Anne. Preceded in death by her husband John and eldest son Dean. Memorial Service 11AM Saturday, April 21, Northeast United Methodist Church, 2510 Cleveland St NE, Mpls. In lieu of flowers, consider donation to the church.
