Price, Jean L. passed away in Satellite Beach, FL on 3/11/18. Jean Lucille (Koebel) Price was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 11, 1929. Jean graduated from Washburn High School. She was married to Robert V. Price in 1953. The couple resided In Bloomington where they raised their four children. Robert passed away in 2001. Jean than lived in Wayzata and most recently in Florida. Jean was employed for over 10 years at Control Data before retiring. She was an avid traveler, beginning at age 19 when she traveled to the Bahamas with her sister Joyce. She enjoyed many subsequent trips including Hawaii, Turkey, Italy, Bulgaria, Austria and Slovenia. Jean was a voracious reader and loved music and the arts, often attending plays, concerts, and movies, as well as going out for lunch with friends and family. She had an appreciation for World history, fashion and was a connoisseur of chocolate. Jean especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and daughter, Julia. She is survived by daughters, Kathleen Baker(Craig), Colleen Hanson (Kevin); son, Koebel Price, and grandchildren, Alicia Gregoire (John), Kelvin Hanson and Alexander and Graydon Price. Jean is also survived by her sister, Joyce. Memorial service Monday April 2, 2018 11:00 a.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 5801 Lyndale Ave. So. Visitation Monday 1 hour prior to service only.
