Post, Jean Alice (Robbins) age 90 of Coon Rapids, passed into glory on Mar. 11, 2018 at Crest View Lutheran Care Center in Columbia Heights. Jean was born on Nov. 15, 1927 in Orange, New Jersey to Wayne and Alice Robbins. Jean married August Post on Nov. 12th 1949 and served the Lord for over 40 yrs as August pastored churches in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, husband August, infant son Richard, son-in-law Gary Sumner and granddaughter Sarah Shold. She is survived by her brother Art Robbins; five children; Cheryl Sumner, Janet (Marvin) Shold, Nancy (Jeff) Fuller, Brad (Donna) Post and Rick (Beth) Post; twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. There will be a celebration of Jean's life on Tuesday Mar. 20th at 1:30 PM at Woodcrest Baptist Church, 6875 University Ave NE, Fridley with visitation starting at 12:00. There will be a reviewal on Monday Mar. 19th from 6:00 8:00 PM at Washburn-McReavy Coon Rapids Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd. in Coon Rapids.
