Metz, Michael Phillip Age 75 of Savage, MN. Born on June 11, 1942 in Colorado Springs. Passed away on March 14, 2018 at Abbott NW Hospital with his family by his side. Michael was a kind and gentle man. Preceded in death by his parents Clara Mae Lowenberg and Joseph Metz, and an infant sister. Survived by wife Dianne, son and daughter-in-law Chris and Kristi Metz of Brainerd, daughter and son-in-law Caren and Gary Mogen of Hastings, daughter and son-in-law Sue and Brett Anderson of Savage, daughter and son-in-law Emily and Stephen Quast of Mpls., daughter JJ Metz of Savage. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Madisyn, Morgan, Matt, Luke, Shayla, Braedon, Gavin, Aubri, Finn. Also survived by great grandson Blake. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 26 at 11 am at St. John the Baptist church in Savage, 4625 West 125th Street.
