Ringler, James L. "Jim" Age 79 of Maple Grove passed away from Pulmonary Fibrosis on Feb. 22 2018 at the Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. Jim was born in Staples, MN and graduated from Fertile High School in 1957. He joined the US Marine Corps in 1957 and retired from LME Trucking Local 120. Jim enjoyed traveling and wintering in Arizona for 13 years. He also did carvings of walking sticks and canes made from Diamond Willow from Northern MN. Jim also made clocks out of rocks from Arizona but most of all he loved doing things with his grandkids. He will be truly missed by all. Preceded in death by his parents Glenn and Georgia; brothers David & Richard. Jim is survived by his wife of 55 years, Charlotte; son Michael (Tricia); daughter Stacy (Tony) Rouse; 5 well-loved grandchildren Aaron Rouse, Joe, Kate, Ben & Jon Ringler; brother, Stanley (Kathy); and sister, Kathy Tribbett; nieces and nephews. Memorial services Sat. March 24 2018 at 11 am at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 700 Western St, Anoka. Visitation 1 hour prior to services at the church.
