McGraw, Kevin Patrick It is with great sadness that the family of Kevin McGraw announces his passing on March 8, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace, at the age of 62. He was born on February 19, 1956 at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN to Richard and Donna (Hedstrom) McGraw. Kevin will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary (Anderson), brothers Michael and Steven (Shannon), children Meghan (Christopher) Larson, and Patrick (Emily), grandson Quinn, and beloved dog Paki. A 1974 graduate of Washburn High School, Kevin went on to graduate from the University of St. Thomas in 1996, majoring in Business and minoring in German. Most recently, he completed the Addiction Counseling Program at MCTC and was an active member of the recovery community in the Twin Cities. Kevin was a compassionate, empathetic, unique and generous man who was passionate about many things: his family, his friends, people, talking to people, photography, history (especially WWII), baseball, soccer, golf, dogs, and enjoying life. This passion also extended to his faith, reflected in being active in the Church. He will be missed by many. Kevin was a loving husband, brother, and father. A celebration of Kevin's life will be at St. Olaf's Church on March 20, 2018. Visitation will be at 10:00am followed by a funeral service at 11:00am and luncheon. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to: Minneapolis Intergroup, the American Diabetes Association, and Our Lady of Peace, Saint Paul, MN.
