Amundson, Evelyn Kay Age 85, of Minnetonka. Passed away peacefully on February 19, 2018. Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Grew up in Fulda, Minnesota where she met and married Jerome Amundson. Evelyn was an enthusiastic volunteer, gardener, florist, Bible student, LWML participant. A woman of deep Christian faith, she was known for her kindness and grace. She was preceded in death by husband Jerome, son Bruce, grandson Bradley, brother LaVane. Survived by children, Kerry (Corky), Jerilyn (Eric) Jackson, Loren (Kim), Cheryl (Ted) Tigue, daughter-in-law Joni; 13 grand- children, 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Marlys, Verna, Leona, Virgil, and many other relatives and friends. Funeral service on Friday 2/23 at 10:30 AM with visitation one hour prior at Living Christ Lutheran Church 820 Lake Drive, Chahassen, MN.
