Kurvers, Julie S. (Sturdevant) Age 79 of Goodyear, AZ died on January 13, 2018. Julie was born in Minneapolis in 1938 and married James (Jim) Kurvers in 1958. For 59 years, she shaped a family of five children, built an unbelievable circle of friends and lived her life to be with God. She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Bryan Gregory Ashton Kurvers, and sister (Gloria Harstad). She is survived by her husband Jim, her children Gregory (Frankie), Thomas (Heather), Kathleen Henderson (James), Kerry Putzke (Kevin) and Michael, her brother Joseph Sturdevant (Aileen) and sister Geraldine Forstyek, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Mass on Tues., January 30 at 10a at St John Vianney in Goodyear, AZ with a gathering at Tuscany Falls Clubhouse at 12p.
