Snyder, Barbara Luella Spafford died peacefully on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at her residence at Sunrise of Minnetonka.She was born June 1, 1930 to Edwin and Zillah Mowry Spafford of rural Auburn, Iowa. Barbara married John Darrel Snyder on June 8, 1952 and was blessed with five children.Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Zillah, husband John, brother's Daniel and Eugene and son's Blaine, David and Jeffery. She is survived by her beloved sons, Paul (Lori), and Todd (Maridee), grandson Joseph John, sister Janice Friess and many nieces and nephews.Barbara will be laid to rest beside her husband John and sons Blaine, David and Jeffrey at the Auburn, Iowa Oaklawn Cemetery in the spring. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11AM with a visitation one hour prior at Washburn-McReavy Chapel, 1400 Mainstreet, Hopkins, MN 952-938-9020.
