Johnson, Jerry of Valley Springs, SD, and formerly of Sioux Falls, SD and Phoenix, AZ, passed away January 11, 2018, with her family at her side, in Sioux Falls. She was 81. Jeraldine "Jerry" Johnson attended Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis, MN. She married her high school sweetheart, Dean R. Johnson in Mason City, IA. Jerry loved to travel and do needlepoint and crochet. She also like playing Bridge and Mahjongg, and in her free time, Jerry loved to go shopping. Survivors include her children, Karen Howard (Donald), Kathy St. Antoine (Gary), Kris Johnson, and Dean Johnson, II; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kaylan, Reid, Andrew, and Emily; four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed and sent to the charity of your choice. The family would like to thank all the caregivers and companions who gave such loving care to our mother throughout the years. Memorial Services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the Miller Southside Chapel, 7400 S. Minnesota Avenue (81st and Minnesota Ave., across from Landscape Garden Center.)
