Bergstrom, Beverly Joy Age 73 of Eden Prairie passed away surround by her loving family at home on January 13th. She was a daughter, a sister, a friend, a wife, a mom and her most treasured role - a grandmother. Bev was born in Hutchinson, MN and grew up in Minneapolis. She raised her family in Big Lake, MN. Once her girls left home, she and her husband moved to Las Vegas and then onto Austin, TX before returning home to be with their grandchildren. She and her mother lived together for the last 7 years and were shining examples for all of us on the strength of family. Bev always had a warm smile and hug for everyone. Bev was fiercely protective of her family and was watching out for her girls until her very last breath. Her remarkable courage, strength and persistence will never be forgotten by those who cared for and supported her over the last year.Preceded in death by her Husband, Donald Bergstrom; Father, Everett Dodge; Parents In Law, Helmer and Ina Bergstrom; Brothers In Law Kenneth Bergstrom and Richard Bergstrom. She is survived by her Mother, Alta Dodge; Daughters and Sons In Law, Amy and Ryan Kroll, Jennifer and Todd Warner, Beloved Grandchildren, Emily, Ryder, Ella, Paige and Macy; Loving Sisters Barbara (Charles) Bergstrom, Bette (Duane) Pihl; Bonnie (Butch) Drennen, Brenda (Mike) Mouser; Brother In Law James (Barb) Bergstrom; Sisters In Law Alyce Rae Bergstrom, Therese Bergstrom and many nieces, nephews and other loving lifelong friends. Visitation Thursday 5-7 PM at Washburn-McReavy, 7625 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie. Funeral service Friday 11 am with Visitation at 10 am Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave S, Minneapolis MN.
