Donna (Collins) Lundstrom

Lundstrom, Donna Collins of Edina. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, Donna Collins Lundstrom age 95 passed away peacefully on January 13, 2018. Donna was born October 3, 1922 in Scobey, Montana to Rebecca Ann (Adler) Collins and Robert S. Collins, moving to Minneapolis with her family at a young age. Graduate of Washburn High School. Donna was married to Les Lundstrom for over 70 years, raising their family in Edina, Minnesota. She traveled extensively with her husband seeing many cities and countries, her favorite being St. Peter's Basilica Vatican City. Donna enjoyed bridge, was an avid golfer, and long-time member at Edina Country Club. Painting was Donna's lifetime passion. She studied art for many years and traveled to Carmel, Ireland, New England and New Orleans to pursue her talent of landscape art. Donna wintered at her home in Naples, Florida for over thirty years, where her children and grandchildren enjoyed visiting. Donna will be remembered as gracious, warm-hearted and good- natured by all who knew her. Donna is preceded in death by her parents Rebecca Ann and Robert Collins; Brother Quentin Collins, two sisters Verone Sanders and Eulalia Bauman. Donna is survived by her husband, Les Lundstrom; sister, Lorna Stelter of Denver, Colorado and her three children, Candy & (Bob) Gravier, Barbara & (Bill) Winchell and David & (Debbie) Lundstrom; eight grandchildren, Kelly & (Sean) Sheridan, Allison & (Jamie) Lockhart, John Gravier, Leslie & (Harris) Masterson, Amy & (Drew) Tharp, Lauren Lundstrom, Erik Lundstrom and Michael Lundstrom; and seven great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00am Monday, January 22nd with visitation beginning at 10:00am at The Church of Our Lady Grace, 5051 Eden Ave. S., Edina. Private interment Lakewood Cemetery.
